PP & PP5 Series — Pressure Pilots for HD Regulators

The PP and PP5 Series Pressure Pilots are designed for use with HD Regulators to maintain consistent downstream steam pressure. These pilots ensure stable performance even with fluctuating inlet pressure or steam usage.

Available Models

• PP Series (Standard): 1.0 PSIG accuracy — Pressure ranges: 3–25, 20–100, 80–200 PSIG
• PP5 Series (Special): 0.5 PSIG accuracy — Pressure ranges: 1–10, 10–25 PSIG

Compatibility

Designed exclusively for use with HD Regulators. These pilots can also serve as direct replacements for select Spence and Spirax Sarco models where noted.

Installation Notes

• Install and calibrate by qualified personnel only
• BAP-SPACE spacer required for PP5 Pilots on 3" or 4" valves (sold separately)
• For Spence replacement pilots, add Strainer & Blowdown Valve (BD) as specified
• Verify model code, pressure range, and accuracy prior to ordering
