While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content is error-free, complete, or current. Colors and dimensions shown in product images may vary from actual products due to photography, screen settings, and manufacturing variations.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, and modify or cancel orders at our discretion. If a product you ordered is unavailable, we will notify you and offer alternatives or a full refund.

4. Pricing, Quotes, and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or handling charges unless otherwise stated. Pricing on our website is subject to change based on market conditions, supplier pricing, and product availability.

  • Quotes: Written quotes provided by our sales team are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Quotes for custom fabrication, specialized equipment, or large orders may require additional review.
  • Payment Terms: Payment is due at the time of order unless credit terms have been established. Approved commercial accounts may be eligible for Net 30 payment terms upon credit approval.
  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, ACH transfers, wire transfers, and company checks (for approved accounts).
  • Late Payment: Past-due balances are subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% annually) or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is less.

5. Orders and Order Confirmation

Placing an order through our website or via phone/email constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance by Biggy Piggy Inc. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance; acceptance occurs upon shipment of the products.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship from our facilities in Arlington Heights, Illinois and through authorized manufacturer drop-ship locations. Shipping terms and conditions:

  • Shipping Methods: We offer ground, expedited, and freight shipping options depending on order size and weight. Same-day shipping may be available for in-stock items ordered before 12:00 PM CST.
  • Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, inventory availability, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Freight Shipments: Orders exceeding 150 pounds or requiring pallet shipping will be quoted separately. Freight charges will be communicated before order confirmation.
  • Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss for products pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier (FOB Origin) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Inspection: All shipments should be inspected upon receipt. Visible damage must be noted on the carrier delivery receipt and reported to Biggy Piggy Inc within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Returns and Refunds

Our return policy is as follows:

  • Standard Products: Unused, unopened products in original packaging may be returned within thirty (30) days of receipt with prior Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). A restocking fee of 15-25% may apply depending on the product.
  • Custom Fabrication: Custom-made products, including custom metal fabrication, modified pigging equipment, and built-to-order items, are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Defective Products: Products with manufacturing defects will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost. Defects must be reported within 14 days of receipt with supporting photographs.
  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days using the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

8. Warranty

Products sold by Biggy Piggy Inc carry the manufacturer’s standard warranty. We do not provide additional warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer. Warranty claims must be submitted through Biggy Piggy Inc with proof of purchase, and we will coordinate with the manufacturer on your behalf. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, lack of maintenance, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

9. Services Terms

For pipeline pigging services, equipment rentals, emergency repair, and other field services:

  • Service Agreements: All service work is performed under a separate service agreement or work order that specifies scope, pricing, and timeline.
  • Emergency Services: Our 24/7 emergency service hotline is available at (847) 555-7444. Emergency service rates may differ from standard rates.
  • Equipment Rentals: Rental terms, including duration, daily/weekly rates, damage liability, and insurance requirements, are specified in the rental agreement.
  • Cancellation: Service appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software, is the property of Biggy Piggy Inc or its content suppliers and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Product names, logos, and trademarks of manufacturers displayed on our website are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

11. Limitation of Liability

14. Dispute Resolution

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Cook County, Illinois, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois for any legal proceedings.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
