Operating Principles
When high-temperature condensate is discharged into the WFLV Flash Tank, a pressure drop occurs, causing part of the condensate to rapidly vaporize into flash steam. Inside the vessel, gravity separation ensures that steam rises and exits through the top outlet while the remaining liquid settles to the bottom for return to the condensate system.
